I Don’t Even Know His Name ; 名も知らず
Nanase Ayane is a young single mother and an omega. Despite her difficult circumstances, she enjoys a happy peaceful life with her daughter Rin. However, the halcyon days come to an end, when she crosses her path once again with the person who left an unfading mark both on her neck and life five years ago...
For one, I love a good Alpha x Omega trope, be it that the couple are straight, gay, or lesbian. I love it!
But, this one, I can't say. I pity Ayane. I pity her so much in a sense where I too empathize with her.
She's a young mother who works hard for her child. Not to mention, she gave birth to a child, whom of which, that child's biological father may or may not be a rapist? I have no idea since there's now a gray line because I just finished Chapter 5.
man whom she doesn't even know!
It was normal for her to have a trauma response when she met her "rapist" again. And yet the ML couldn't take the hint! I understand that when the ML saw his child, he wanted to be WITH his child, but I hated how he didn't take into account of how fragile Ayane's mental mindset was.
Then, to add on, he uses his OWN CHILD as lateral to control Ayane to LIVE WITH him!!! Ahhh! This man better have a good reason on why he says
Because WTF happened????
I can't exactly blame either of them for their choices and I can neither hate them at all.
They're victims to circumstances and environment, none are truly the perpetrator here.
The ending was satisfactory and feels very well deserved, despite being a short manga with only 9 chapters, it had caused me complicated feelings I can't understand.
